In order to provide them with the necessary specialized and practical skills that qualify them to compete in the business sector. Since its establishment, the unit has contributed to the development of a list of organizational rules and procedures. This list included the standards, conditions, controls, and mechanisms necessary to organize field training in order to contribute to the development of specialized skills and fieldwork skills for university students and prepare them for the labor market so that Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University is an active participant in Filling the nation's needs of qualified Saudi cadres in various disciplines. The unit also worked to develop an effective partnership with distinguished business sectors in the field of health, scientific and administrative specializations. These agreements were signed during the annual workshop “Exploring Field Training Opportunities for University Students,” which It is organized annually under the generous patronage of His Excellency the Director of the Rector and with the support of His Excellency the Vice Rector for Educational and Academic Affairs, which reflects the great interest of the university leaders in everything that is related to the development of the field training program for university students, which is the most important tool for refining the skills and qualification of university graduates to be able to excel and compete after graduation. Like any work system, one aspect of its development is done through the unit’s suggestions and views. Therefore, the field training unit is pleased to receive the suggestions and everything that contributes to the development and improvement of field training programs on the unit’s official mail, and work will be done by the training unit to adopt and develop these suggestions in a way that serves and enhances the program Field training to achieve the goals set for it as one of the important rehabilitation tools towards preparing a qualified human cadre that meets the needs of the business sectors and contributes to the development and development of the country.
